Operator Assisted Events is a service with a conference specialist connected to the call

This service is the ideal solution for larger conference calls or events that require comprehensive operator support.  These conference calls need to be pre-booked in advance.  They involve a high level of support; from time of booking, during your conference call, and until your receipt of the post call report.

Participants simply dial in on a pre-booked telephone number and are then either greeted by a live operator or enter an access code, to be connected to the call.

Features available for Operator Assisted Events

Communication Line:

A separate phone line connection between a customer contact and an operator, to monitor and ensure the call is running perfectly.

Digital Recording / Playback:

The conference call can be recorded and accessed via telephone or electronic file.

Event Viewer:

The ability to view conference call participants via an internet link to our conferencing platform.

Operator Management:

An operator remains connected to the conference call in order to: provide speaker introductions, monitor call quality, manage the question & answer session, and provide any other required support.

Polling:

An operator can conduct real time interactive polling questions to participants, and report results.

Pre-Conference:

Presenters are placed in a separate pre-conference along with the operator, in order to review final details of the call. Participants are placed with "music on hold" during this time.

Question & Answer Session:

Participants are placed in a queue in order to ask questions in a controlled manner. The operator is on-line to moderate this session, for the speakers.

Roll Call:

Is used by the operator to ensure all participants are present and manage sound quality.

Transcription Services:

A written transcript of your conference call can be supplied.

Translation Services:

A real time translation of your live conference call can be provided.

Webcasting / Streaming:

Participants are able to listen to the live or archived version of the conference call, via the internet.
