Reservationless Conference Call Service

This service is also referred to as "automated" or "on demand" conference calling.  It allows the account holder to initiate a conference call at any time (24/7/365), without having to notify or pre-book with Clarity. 

Participants simply dial in on an assigned telephone number and then enter a pre-assigned access code in order to be connected to the conference call.

Features available for Reservationless Conferencing

Activate Sub-conference:

Provides the conference call leader with the ability to create breakout / sub-conference rooms.

Conference Call Recording:

The leader has the ability to initiate a recording of the conference call. All participants will be notified that the conference call is being recorded. A recorded version of the conference call will then be available after the conference call's completion.

Dial-Out To Participants:

This gives the leader the ability to dial-out and connect participants to the conference call.

Disconnect All Lines:

The leader has the ability to disconnect all participant lines, and therefore terminate the conference call at any time.

International Dial-In Numbers:

A full list of "country specific" International toll free dial-in numbers is available.

Lecture Mode:

The leader has the ability to mute / un-mute all participant lines.

Lock / Un-Lock Conference Call:

This is a privacy / security feature, which allows the leader to lock the conference call, therefore not allowing any additional participants to join.

Operator Assistance:

Operator assistance is available during your conference call.

Participant Count:

At any time the leader can receive a count of the number of lines (including the leader's line) that are connected to the conference call. Only the leader hears this count.

Participant Join Notification:

Participants can be introduced into the conference call by either a recorded name, beep / tone, or no notification.

Participant Line Mute / Un-Mute:

Each participant has the ability to mute / un-mute their own line.

Participant Roll Call:

The leader hears a list of the recorded names of participants, currently connected to the conference call. Only the leader hears this recorded list.

Post Conference Call E-mail Report:

Within minutes of completion of the conference call, the leader can receive a summary report detailing: participant telephone numbers, connect / disconnect times, total minutes, etc.

Record Custom Introduction:

This feature allows the leader to record a custom introduction / welcome message (maximum 20 seconds) that will be heard by all participants before being connected to the conference call.

Reference Code:

Ability to enter a project / reference code for each conference call.

Security Code:

The leader has the ability to activate an additional security code that must be entered by all participants, in order to be connected to the conference call.
